SAPLING ROAD ALLOTMENT SHOW RULES

1. Competitors in sections 1 & 2 shall be paid up full members or current officers of this society and all produce must be grown on Sapling Road Allotments.
2. Staging for all classes of the show will take place from 9am – 11am on Sunday 13th August 2023 only. The Show Tent will be cleared of all persons except officials by no later than 11.30am.
3. Exhibitors will be provided with numbered cards to distinguish their exhibits.
4. 3 entries are allowed in any class, more than one prize may be won by the same exhibitor.
5. Exhibits in Section 1 are to be shown as grown except where otherwise stated. Parsley may be used for garnishing.
6. All entries are to be made on the official forms giving details of class and number of entries.
7. The decision of the Judges is absolutely final. No appeal procedure is available.
8. Prizes are awarded on a points system and the following point values will apply – 1st – 5pts, 2nd –3pts and 3rd – 1pt.
